Ty Spice started his breeding career in 2012. This male has incredible deep amplitude and bundling in his fleece. His fleece character goes right through his bib area. Ty is square and typey with excellent depth to his chest as well as strong leg conformation. Another boy from our Spice line, Ty doesn't disappoint. We are excited to cross our unrelated girls with this line and wait and see. Ty is the easiest male to handle, some of our crosses should be incredible! TY has now settled his first female with just one breeding! TY has the honors of the highest shear weight of 2013 at KJ Alpacas! His histogram is pretty decent too! Just like dad, he has now taken over from Messiah who had the highest shear weights on the farm for many years. Last year Prophetess, a Messiah daughter had top honors! Ty sired his first offspring, a fawn girl! Since the loss of Kajun Spice (Ty's full brother), Ty has some pretty big shoes to fill. Kajun produced excellent crias for us in all dark colors. Ty settled his second female in one breeding too! May 2015: Ty shears 12.4 lbs of fleece! 21 Microns at 5 years of age! Our first farm born TY cria has arrived!! We are thrilled with the result. A brown female loaded with curls and as cute as can be!! Also our finest cria too coming in at 15 microns! Ireland is simply amazing, TY definitely earned his place as herdsire at KJ Alpacas! We will be breeding a few more to TY!
